It started with watching the hiring, not the software.
Takvio came out of firsthand experience in transport and logistics. We watched how slow and wasteful traditional driver hiring was — endless phone calls, missed connections, and hours every week spent on the same opening questions. There had to be a better way to do it.
Working closely with transport companies, we built an AI recruitment platform that changes how businesses reach drivers. Jesika, our assistant, handles the first conversation over Facebook Messenger — qualifying candidates and gathering what the recruiter actually needs, so they can spend their time on the part that matters: making the hire.

We're a small team building one thing properly rather than many things approximately. Takvio runs live with transport companies today, and every rule inside it came from a real recruiter arguing about a real applicant.
